Description: WinterBlast, the Santa Rosa Urban Arts Partnership's annual Winter Parade and Sofa Festival. This will be the 22nd annual nighttime procession of wildly decorated sofas being pushed through the streets among stilt walkers, marching bands and a sea of lanterns. There will be food, music, a host of engaging activities, and a number of open art studios to visit. It all happens in the SofA Arts District in Santa Rosa. In the months leading up to WinterBlast there will be a series of lantern, puppetry, and sofa building workshops. Please see posts here for sign-ups as they become available.
