Description: It's time for the 15th annual Paddle for Parkinson's kayak and stand-up paddle board event! This Labor Day Weekend, Saturday, August 30, 2025, Paddle for Parkinson's will be back at Billish Park Boat Launch. The paddle route is a 2.5 mile loop from Billish Park to a turnaround at the Padre Island Yacht Club and back. Beginning at 9:00 am, young and not-as-young kayakers, paddleboarders, or anything manually propelled can participate. Landlubbers can also join in for some live music, BBQ, and an awards ceremony.
