Description: Step onto your mat, tune into your breath, and help us raise funds for a powerful cause. Warriors at Ease is a nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing the healing power of yoga and meditation to military communities. Founded in 2011 by pioneers in mind-body therapy, Warriors at Ease has trained over 1,400 instructors and healthcare providers to serve those who serve us. Saturdays – November 8, 15, & 22: 3:00 PM – Yin Yang Yoga Balance your energy with a blend of gentle and dynamic movement. 5:00 PM – Trumpet Meditation Let live music guide you into deep relaxation and inner stillness. 7:00 PM – Yoga of Dance Express yourself through movement in this joyful, liberating flow.
