Description: Join the band! In Pop Ensemble, young musicians come together to form a real performing group and learn what it’s like to play in a modern band setting. Each month, students learn four popular songs, exploring a variety of styles from today’s hits to classic favorites. Students will develop essential ensemble skills — listening, rhythm, dynamics, stage presence, and teamwork — while gaining confidence playing alongside others. Whether you sing, play guitar, bass, keys, or another instrument, you’ll get to collaborate, jam, and perform in a supportive, creative environment. By the end of each month, your band will sound tighter, bolder, and ready for our annual student concert and other performance opportunities!
