Under the soaring dome skylight of the BCA Cyclorama, you'll step into a vibrant spring festival filled with fresh, seasonal craft beer, German-inspired offerings, live music, and the joyful, relaxed atmosphere that defines Frühlingsfest abroad. This spring tradition in Germany celebrates renewal, community, and local pride—and that's exactly what we're channeling in Boston: a welcoming festival where creativity, craft, and good cheer come together in one unforgettable experience. Join 40+ strong Massachusetts craft brewers and beer lovers from across the state for a day of discovery, flavor, and fun. Two Sessions:Session 1: 1 – 4 p.m.Session 2: 5 – 8 p.m. What's Pouring: Explore a curated lineup of 40 Commonwealth breweries, each bringing their finest spring releases—and many offering Frühlingsfest-inspired beers brewed specifically to honor this year's theme. Expect bright, crisp, seasonally inspired lagers, festive German-style specialties, and spring-forward creations alongside fan favorites. A limited selection of kombucha, ciders, and seltzers will also be available. This is a celebration of independence, artistry, and the vibrant brewing culture that thrives across Massachusetts. Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the venue. If you're feeling sick, please stay home, rest, and test before returning to public events. What's included with my ticket?Unlimited beer samples from participating breweries. Please drink responsibly. Is there a beer list or a map?Yes! A full beer list and event map will be shared as we get closer to the festival. Can I buy tickets at the door?Yes—tickets will be available at the door unless the event sells out. We recommend buying in advance. Cash and credit are accepted. Will there be music?Yes, there will be live music throughout the event. Is re-entry allowed?No. Once you exit the event, re-entry is not permitted. Please plan accordingly. Can I bring my dog?Only service animals are allowed inside the venue. Can I bring my child in a stroller or carrier?No. This is a 21+ event, and no one under 21 will be admitted. What if it rains?The Cyclorama is fully enclosed and protected from weather. You may want an umbrella for any outdoor waiting before doors open. Can I bring outside snacks or drinks?Small snacks such as pretzel necklaces are allowed. You may also bring sealed water bottles or empty reusable bottles for hydration. What food will be available?We have a great mix of festival-friendly food, including: - Pretzel necklaces from Phygit Foods- Cookies from Mad Good Cookies - Sausage and pretzels from The Sausage Guy- Pierogis from Wild Fox Pierogis Will there be gluten-free options like cider or seltzer?A limited selection of ciders, seltzers, and kombuchas will be available. Please note that this event is primarily a craft beer festival. What about non-drinkers or expecting mothers?We offer a designated driver ticket for $10, perfect for guests who want to attend without drinking. Are there restrooms?Yes, there are fully equipped restrooms available on-site. What's the best way to get there? We always recommend letting someone else do the driving when you come to a beer fest. Cabs, Ubers and Lyfts are plentiful, and public transportation is also available: MBTA Orange Line to Back Bay Station Take the Clarendon Street exit and walk with traffic (Clarendon Street is one-way). Walk approximately 500 yards to Tremont Street. Take a left onto Tremont Street. BCA is on the first block on the left. MBTA Green Line to Copley Continue along Boylston Street with traffic (Boylston Street is one-way). Take a right onto Clarendon Street and walk approximately 750 yards to Tremont Street. Take a left onto Tremont Street. BCA is on the first block on the left. MBTA Silver Line SL4 & SL5 Exit at either East Berkeley Street or Union Park. Walk towards Tremont Street by following the direction of traffic on either Berkeley or Union Park. From Berkeley, turn left onto Tremont; from Union Park turn right onto Tremont. MBTA Bus #43 Bus route 43 travels along Tremont Street between Ruggles, on the Orange line, and Park Street, on the Green and Red lines. Boston Center for the Arts is located between the Tremont Street at Union Park and Tremont Street at Waltham Street stops. On-street parking is very limited in the immediate area and metered.
